13 - Interview with Lyn Goodear the CEO of the Australian HR Institute

This past week I had the opportunity to attend and speak at the Northern Territory State Conference for the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).  During the conference, I was able to interview the CEO of AHRI, Lyn Goodear.  Throughout the interview, Lyn gives us great insight into the professionalization of the HR profession, the value that well-developed HR can bring to organisations, and the importance of HR in organisational culture.
