Life is a continuous flow, moment to moment. Awareness to the transitions with acceptance, "I am OK" creates a contentment that allows the dedicated Yogi access to the fullness of life. Intent or "sankalpa" sets the direction for the flow. Fully aware of their actions that cause movement, the Yogi consciously manifests. "Lokah Samastah Sukinoh Bhavantu" - may all beings be happy and free. Namaste. (a firm vinyasa class, open to all levels - but basic yoga fitness is required !!!).
