Go straight to the cottage and don’t talk to any strangers! –What nice flowers! A red flower, a yellow flower and a blue one. (LRRH picks up flowers) –Good morning! –Oh! Good morning! –Who are you? –I’m Little Red Riding Hood. –What’s in your basket? –There are 3 eggs, some butter and some home-made bread. –Where are you taking these goodies? –To Grandma, she isn’t feeling well. –Where does she live? –In a cottage in the middle of the wood. (Big Bad wolf goes straight to the cottage and knocks at the door) –Who’s there? –Little Red Riding Hood! –Lift up the latch and come in. –Ah! Ah! Ah! (The wolf licks his lips and gulps Grandma down) –A nice frilly bedcap. It suits me well! Now I go to bed. (A knock at the door) –Who’s there? –Little Red Riding Hood. –Then lift up the latch and come in dear! –Are you feeling better, Grandma? –Yes dear, I am! –Let me see what you have in your basket? –There are 3 eggs, some butter and some home-made bread. (The frilly cap slips down) –What big ears you have Grandma! –All the better to hear you with, my dear! –What big eyes you have Grandma! –All the better to see you with, my dear! –What big teeth you have Grandma! –All the better to eat you with, my dear! –Help! Help! Help me please! (A woodcutter hears LRRH screaming and comes to her rescue) –Where is your Grandma? –I don’t know. (A strange noise is heard coming from the wolf’s belly. The woodcutter opens it and LRRH’s granny comes out, safe and sound) –Thank you woodcutter. You saved us.
