Golden Days Radio's Peter Thomas welcomes COTA Victoria's Gary Ferguson, an Education Coordinator at Seniors Rights Victoria, to discuss our World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Warm Safe Home project. Originally developed by Dr Becky Nevin Berger, the Warm Safe Home project uses the icon of the house to talk about older people’s right to feel safe and live free from fear. In situations of elder abuse, the home can become a place of danger.
