Nastasha is a richly experienced facilitator who helps people develop deeper connection with self & other through authentic expression. Her toolbox includes; Authentic Relating techniques, Authentic Movement and Improvised Dance, Shamanism, Wheel of Consent, Boundary Practices, Radical Honesty, and Tantra.Natasha’s desire to be in connection might be one of her most consistent character traits! Since she was a child, she has been on a search for meaningful relationships... with herself and with others. In her early years, she struggled with anxiety, loneliness, and depression. And yet, something else was also there. Perhaps because of her own struggles, she became the person who was always there for others, to be with them in their pain, to listen or dispense advice. She moved all around the world, had many different careers, but there was always a love of deep connection that drove her on. She has lived many lives, and has been many variations of herself, but there are some constant themes... a longing to be known, wanting to feel fully met, and desires for rich intimacy.
