Negli ultimi mesi il dibattito Ue sull’impatto ambientale dell’agricoltura e sul Green deal per il settore ha ricevuto alcuni scossoni: da un lato lo stop alla riduzione del 50% dei pesticidi, dall’altro il mancato accordo sul via libera alle Tea, le piante ottenute con le nuove tecniche di evoluzione assistita, ritenute indispensabili per affrontare la sfida clima. Come dobbiamo leggere queste ultime mosse? Il Green deal sventolato da Bruxelles si è strappato come una bandiera consumata dalla guerra? Ne parliamo con Alessio Romeo, giornalista di Radiocor - Il Sole 24 Ore. Il tutto mentre l’ultima controversa Conferenza Onu sul clima, la Cop 28 che si è appena svolta a Dubai, ha sancito nero su bianco che l’agricoltura deve cambiare per resistere e contrastare il riscaldamento globale. In primis la zootecnia, un settore che secondo la Fao può diventare una parte della soluzione. In che modo? Lo abbiamo chiesto a Piercristiano Brazzale, presidente della Federazione internazionale del latte, appena tornato da Dubai. E se le aziende agricole devono essere sempre più sostenibili, come lo dimostrano a istituzioni, banche e consumatori?
