from Take What You Need · host Bad Cat

TWYNs, let’s get nourished this week by the soulful, potent and bright light that is Arielle Estoria. I was lucky enough to be connected with Arielle a few years ago and have been awestruck to see not only her unfolding with gentle power, but to witness her empire expand and the fact that she does it her way. You might recognize her face on ads for Zoom or see her smiling face in the MasterClass audience. She is taking over the world and we are happy to be a small piece in it.Arielle Estoria (R-E-L EH-STORY-UH) (she/her) is a Published and commissioned Poet, Author and Actor and Yoga teacher. Her motto, "Words not for the ears but for the soul" stems from her dedication to remind anyone who encounters her work that words are meant to be felt and experienced not just heard. With a specific heart in empowering, encouraging and making space for audiences of women to feel free and at home in their own bodies. In March 2023, Estoria released her first solo book of poetry titled, THE UNFOLDING an invitation to come home to yourself, with Harper One available wherever books, e-books and audiobooks are available.✨ Find Arielle on instagram, @ArielleEstoria, Tiktok: @ArielleEstoria  or her website: https://arielleestoria.com/ and Listen to her work on Spotify✨ Follow Lexi on Instagram at @bl.ack.magic.wo.man and @LightAndSableHealingTo book a Reiki session or to become a Reiki student of Lexi’s, click here🔮 Join us on Patreon to support the show and find exclusive goodies!Take What You Need is a production made possible by Bad Cat Audio
