It is there for some accountability for yourselves to get a run in and see how you get on. It can be hard to get motivated in these times but just getting out of the house, while following the social distancing protocols and getting a run in can be great for your physical and mental health. You don't have to get a 5k in on Monday if you feel you can't do 5k. Even 2k or 3k to start and build from there! So get on the Facebook group today and follow us on social media too:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/anygivenrundayofficial/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/anygivenrundayofficial/#AnyGivenRunday Stay consistent with your training routine using the Ultrapure HYROX Recovery Bundle.
