Committing to anything new, especially a community of men, can bring some elements of uncertainty to any man. We are not always really sure what we have gotten ourselves into, if we will be welcomed and will anyone care for what I add to the community.

We recognized this with Tribe. When new guys would sign up a good number of them would jump right in and become part of the community while a number of. them seemed to, for whatever reason, get lost. We wanted to do something to change that.

On today's podcast I share one of the most important changes we have made in Tribe in the last few sessions, adding a Point Man to every region that is represented in our community.
