An inclusive leader establishes an environment where everyone on the team feels that they belong, and are valued for who they are for what they bring to the team. Team members feel that they are treated equitably and that they have the tools and resources they need to grow, improve, and move toward reaching their full potential. Many leaders assume they already do this well. But, this is not a default behavior for many leaders––it requires intentional effort.
