130. (Solo) Developing Intuition

Intuition is data processed too fast for our logical mind to understand. My intuition is the biggest topic I have in therapy because sometimes it feels BONKERS to me to go against my logical mind. Learning to trust myself, my inner knowing, my connection to Source has been one of the singular most important skills I have. My primary goal as a mom is to teach my kids to follow their inner knowing. The past two weeks my intuition has saved me from burn out by guiding me to rest more.
