131. Your Own Dickens Christmas Carol

In this episode, we explore the concept of the three versions of ourselves - past, present, and future. The inspiration for today's episode came from watching the movie "Spirited" after Thanksgiving. This movie has a modern take on Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol. The movie follows a similar storyline, where Ryan Reynold's character is visited by ghosts who try to redeem and change their ways.   To honor and appreciate our past selves. Be grateful for your past selves and acknowledge that you wouldn't be who you are without them. We then move onto our present selves and future selves.
