CAITLIN COBB-VIALET has returned to Oakland from New York armed with a theatre resume and a fresh, indie-pop sound made up of distinctive lyrics and complex arrangements. Along with her keyboard, Caitlin joins me as guest artist this episode to play a live mini-set, chat about the release of her debut single “I Confuse Us,” and discuss finding that sweet spot between musical theater and indie pop.
