132: Calvinism’s Shocking Quandary: NO ONE Can Know FOR SURE That They’re Saved!!!

In our series on the Book of Life and salvation theology, we’re now working through the “P” of Calvinism’s TULIP: Perseverance of the Saints.” But many will be surprised to learn that Perseverance is NOT the same as what most people consider to be the doctrine of Eternal Security. In this session, we’ll hear from many Reformed theologians that Eternal Security is grounded solely in being elected. And…we’ll also hear the shocking fact that, since no one can know for sure that they’ve been elected until after they die, no one can have assurance of their salvation in this life.
