#132 Ron Mann - Coaching John Korir to Win the 2025 Boston Marathon

On this episode, the boys had on coaching legend Ron Mann. Ron had an extremely succesful college coaching career at Northern Arizona University and the University of Louisville. He has coached 3 Boston Marathon Champions, including this year’s champion John Korir. John also won the 2024 Chicago Marathon.We talked about John’s build to this race and how Ron structures each marathon block.
