I could go on and on about how amazing the KCD (@knickscitydancers) rebrand is. They really are setting a new tone for pro sports dancing and I am here for it! Definitely understand how much dancers love what they do, but I think it’s amazing that these dancers are being valued by their organization through resources, compensation, support and benefits. Dancers are such an important part of not only the entertainment industry but the sports industry as well! I’m so glad they are setting the standard for organizations across the world and I hope many other organizations can recognize dancer value and show up in the same way.
