The full title of this workshop was The Complex Fingerprint Analysis of Cider and other Alcoholic Beverages by Quantitative NMR Spectroscopy. What can NMR Spectroscopy do for Cider? Interested in nutritional labels? Wonder what the cost is to do an analysis and get your own label? Have a stuck fermentation?
