When I first started the business, I was energetic, enthusiastic some may say obnoxiously driven & motivated with an insatiable drive for change. Having been in this industry for a few years now and having the privilege of coaching start-ups & established business women through some of the toughest times in history. I'm not gonna lie - it's been TOUGH. Real tough. Probably the biggest initiation to fire I have ever experienced. With the rollercoaster of the last few years, I consider myself a "seasoned entrepreneur" and want to use this podcast to share how the simple principles of Gardening can organically grow your business.
