NOTE: This episode is a re-release of a conversation that was previously recorded in October of 2022.  As a perennially relevant topic at Regents, we are releasing it again for those of you who may have missed it the first time around. As a follow-up to our alumni interview on perfectionism, Martha Bauman joins Liz Benigno to talk about her own struggles with perfectionism as a Regents parent.  All five of Martha's children have graduated from Regents and the Bauman family has been involved with the school since the very first year it was founded in 1992.
