I first met Adam Brady in 2019 at a meditation retreat. Since then, he's continued to do some incredible things - we talk about all things yoga. Adam Brady has been on the path of spiritual exploration for more than three decades, training extensively in yoga, meditation, martial arts, and mind-body well-being practices. A certified Gaja Collective educator, he is trained as a well-being coach, meditation and yoga instructor, and Ayurvedic lifestyle teacher. Adam has taught in private sessions, group classes, corporate programs, and large-scale destination retreats.He is the author of The Path to Stillness: A Meditator’s Guide and Warrior of Light: A Martial Arts Fable, and has published more than 80 articles on yoga, meditation, and holistic well-being.
