Veel organisaties zijn helemaal niet klaar voor de manier van werken die ze zeggen te willen toepassen. Het probleem dat wordt benoemd, blijkt in de praktijk vaak een symptoom te zijn. De echte oorzaak? Die zit vaak in de organisatie zelf. In gedrag, samenwerking en de menselijke factor die te vaak over het hoofd wordt gezien.
