Dom Joly is a multi-talent comedian, travel writer, podcasters, presenter and satirist. His breakthrough came with the worldwide phenomenon Trigger Happy TV which he produced and stared in, one of the biggest shows in the world of the early 2000s.  Since then he has travelled the world presenting travel shows and writing about his adventures in a series of best seller books, including The Dark Tourist, Scary Monsters and Super Creeps and the Hezbollah Hiking Club. He was also a columnist for The Independent on Sunday from 2003 until the paper closed in 2016 and was a special correspondent for the Independent at the Beijing Olympics.
