134. Friendship Realities: Fizzles, Changes, and Coping Strategies

This episode explores why friendships end and how we can cope with their loss. Here are the three takeaways from today’s episode: 1.    When friendships end there can be potential pain and shame, especially when there is a lack of clarity or closure. 2.    Open communication can help maintain friendships and we can address changes in communication patterns, express concerns, and be willing to have difficult conversations can potentially save a friendship.
