134: Mid-Year Check In and Reset

Can you believe we are already half way through 2022!?  I always like to take some time around this time of the year to check in with myself, reset, recalibrate, and refocus. On today's podcast episode I share the framework I use to do this mid-year check in and reset.  This is the first part of a two part series.
