134: MISSING: April Pitzer

On June 27, 2004, 30 year old April Pitzer was last seen in Newberry Springs, California, after telling loved ones she was preparing to come back home to Arkansas. She had been terrified for her life and was desperate to return, but she never made it back.In the months that followed, investigators received a series of strange and unsettling tips, including one involving a message written on a truck stop bathroom wall hundreds of miles away that appeared to reference her disappearance.Investigators eventually determined April was likely murdered. But more than 20 years later, no one has been charged, and her family is still searching for answers, her remains, and the person responsible. If you have any information in April’s case, please call the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department at (909) 387-3690.Editor: Shannon Keirce Research/Writing: Haley GraySUBMIT A CASE HERE: [email protected] SOCIAL Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/detperspective/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/detperspective FIND DERRICK HERE Twitter: https://twitter.com/DerrickL Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/DerrickLevasseur Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DerrickVLevasseur CRIME WEEKLY AND COFFEE Criminal Coffee Company: https://www.CriminalCoffeeCo.com Crime Weekly: https://crimeweeklypodcast.com/shop ADS:1. https://www.Square.com/Go/Detective - Get up to $200 off Square hardware today! 2.
