134. Normalize The Rollercoaster

from Coaches on a Mission

Welcome to the fifth and final bonus episode this week. And I’ll just get right into it…  I think it's time for each and every one of us to normalize the rollercoaster. This is something we really really strive to do inside of The Hive.  For a whole host of reasons, but namely, the online industry really does not normalize the rollercoaster.  Think about any sales page you've ever looked at, they tend to feature the massive amount of money someone earned in the shortest amount of time. So if you're not making massive amounts of money in a short amount of time you are broken in some way. So today, we will really take a look at and think about the harm that this might unintentionally cause to your audience. I believe that we, as coaches, have to strive really hard to normalize the rollercoaster for our own mental health but also for our audience.  This topic is something I feel very passionate about, so I hope that it inspires you in some way.  Tune in, take notes, and maybe send this episode on to a coach friend who should give it a listen, too.
