Conversation 134:  The Story, Journey and Passion of Stephanie Dorfman, MS, RDN “When you’re in a clinical position, you get to work with other health professional. Being in a corporate setting, I’m working with the marketing team, the culinary team, HR, IT which is nice because I get to talk about nutrition but I also get to talk/learn about other aspects of the job and the company. It would be great to add more business classes and education into our curriculum.” Stephanie Dorfman, MS, RDN Today’s conversation is with Stephanie Dorfman, a registered dietitian who found a passion for dietetics through being an athlete and cooking with her family.  Stephanie and I connected through the best dietetics practice group, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and after connecting, I knew I wanted to learn more about her journey. Stephanie grew up an athlete and loved cooking with her family, which lead her to one of the easiest decisions she has made:  becoming a registered dietitian. She is thriving and truly enjoying working for a food service company, which lends to a lot of opportunity and variety in her job, all the while carrying a strong passion for sports nutrition.  Please enjoy my conversation with Stephanie.
