from Change Lives Make Money: The Podcast For Online Trainers

December isn't a slow month. If you believe that bullshit, you're already losing. Chase just locked in $32K in renewals, Carolina hit her first $14K month, and that's just the start.  That's why I share these live coaching calls here. So you can listen to real coaches working through real problems: buyer's remorse, viral content that doesn't convert, when to pitch renewals, and why your lighting matters more than you think. And see that hitting record months is possible - even in December.  Here's what we break down: The 24-hour buyer's remorse fix. Chase is losing 2 out of 9 clients within 24 hours of signing up. The problem? Not cementing the sale on the call. You need to address negative emotions immediately, walk through next steps crystal clear, and spend time getting them excited after they commit. How Chase locked in $32K in renewals without being pushy.  He got all his current clients to upgrade into 12-month programs, some only six weeks into their current program. The key? Owning his voice and speaking from the heart instead of trying to sound like a "coach." When to pitch renewals (and when you're leaving money on the table). Don't wait until the last month. If a client is crushing it and you know they need more time, pitch the renewal early. This is about serving your clients, not being salesy. Why Carolina's 53K viral video didn't convert on her free resource. The content isn't the problem. The CTA placement is. Attach your free resource to connection content that you KNOW performs well, not just any random post. Tell an emotional story first, then drop the CTA. The lighting fix that makes your content perform 10x better. Your meals might be perfectly portioned, but if people can't see them clearly, they're scrolling past. Ring light + proper lighting = better engagement. Period. The content that actually converts leads. Connection posts and reaction videos are crushing it. Gym stealth content is doing okay. But if you want people to take action, you need to attach CTAs to the content types that already perform well on your page. That's just like saying I suck at sales. That's just like saying the algorithm hates me." - Brian (0:00) "If somebody backs out within the first 24 hours, they're getting buyer's remorse. Either we didn't cement the sale on the call, or we didn't clearly articulate what the next steps are." - Brian (5:00) "In order for any call to action to do well, the reel has to perform well. If the post doesn't do well, people aren't gonna respond to it." - Brian (1:26:53) "I've always been in a space where I just felt like not me... Alex jumped onto a call with me and was like, 'Dude, what the hell are you doing? This is not Chase.'" - Chase (2:12) -------- For more information on working with me fill out this application: http://bit.ly/BuildYourOnlineFitnessBiz ------ LET'S CONNECT: YouTube | @therealbrianmark Instagram | @therealbrianmark Facebook | Brian Mark
