135. Is Now the Time to Launch a Course?

from Coaches on a Mission

If you have plans to scale with a course, you definitely want to tune because that’s exactly what today’s guest came in to discuss.  Suzette Mullen helps LGBTQ+ folx make time to raise their voices, write their stories, and become published authors. And Suzette’s vision is to build a year long mentorship program similar to my program The Hive.  Yet.. Suzette is well aware that a large portion of her audience may need a bit of a starter course before they’re ready to commit to a year long program.  So, the two of us put our heads together to determine if launching an intro program makes sense for her business and her audience.  From there, we worked out the timing and the workflow to roll out her intro course and ensure that it flows right into her year long program.  This episode was particularly fun for me for 2 reasons: 1. Suzette’s mission to help raise LBGTQ+ voices is important and I want to help her any way I can.  2. Our conversation took us behind the scenes of my business. So, if you’ve ever been curious about why and how my offers look the way they do, get ready because we are spilling the tea today.  Let’s do it!
