This one's for the moms (or dads!) out there navigating the challenging and transformative world of raising a teen! We all know that the world can be pretty damn verbal out there, but if we can raise the next generation of teen with rock solid confidence in themselves then they are empowered, and you know what they stop by being that? the cycle of projecting insecurities onto others. I talk about the 5 mistakes we could be making that could be holding our teens back from being their most confident self.
