136. Jawbreaker with special guest Thomas Dekker

"Never send a rose unless dyed black as a warning." We watched Jawbreaker (1999) with the fablous Thomas Dekker and we killed the teen dream. Deal with it. Darren Stein wrote and directed this candy colored fantasy and we are all the gayer for it.  Rose McGowan absolutely devours every line she delivers (and there are some doozys) with Rebecca Gayheart and Julie Benz giving us prototype mean girls.  Judy Greer kills it as Fern Mayo/Vylette and the supporting cast of Pam Grier, Carol Kane, Jeff Conaway (and a couple of "Carrie" cameos) are *chefs kiss*.  Jawbreaker is inconic and if you ever said Rose McGowan was your crush - you're gay now.  We don't make the rules.
