WHO CAN YOU TRUST ANYMORE? Have you ever found yourself asking that?   While you may have had experiences that proved people didn't truly have your best interest in mind, it's often our attitude that we have to take care of everything that causes us to suffer. Anytime we trust anyone or anything that proves trustworthy, it puts an end to anxiety.  Therefore, it is very important to learn what trust is and how to trust. We all know life is easier when we have confidence.  Perhaps it's time to evaluate where you're putting your trust.
