138 - Brady Stablein (Brother Elsey) In episode 138 of “Have Guitar Will Travel”, presented by Vintage Guitar Magazine, host James Patrick Regan speaks with guitarist/vocalist Brady Stablein from Brother Elsey a band made up of brothers and an unofficial brother on drums. In their conversation Brady talks about the band’s current tour and describes their brand of Americana music for us, he also gives the history of the band’s name. Brady takes us through the start of their band, from their grand father’s Michigan basement to hardcore clubs to busking and finally making the move to Nashville. Brady also discusses the logistics of schlepping gear in the snow in Michigan and Canada and what it’s like crossing the border as a band in a van.
