138. (Solo) Gossip! What it is and why I avoid it!

You've probably heard the saying that gossip is the thief of abundance and joy. I noticed in my early adulthood that friends I connected to through gossip ended up being untrustworthy. (If they'll do it with you they'll do it to you.) Because I wanted to level up my vibe and my association I got very clear about what gossip is versus what it is not, and set boundaries about the type of information sharing I will participate in.
