Adnan Abu Sharkh, more commonly known simply as Sharkhy (SHärkē), has run his authentic Middle Eastern restaurant, Pride of the Mediterranean, in the famed Fillmore district of San Francisco, California, for more than 20 years—since the early ‘90s.
