139. EPA Dicamba Rule Challenge Dismissed and N.C. Ag-gag Law Declared Unconstitutional

The Ninth Circuit denies a challenge to the EPA rule allowing continued use of existing Dicamba supplies and a federal district court struck down a N.C. ag-gag law as unconstitutional.
