Today’s guest, Jeff McMenamy, has quite a story to share, and in today’s interview, he and Dr. Sabrina journey all the way back to 2008, when he was on the cusp of something great. It is also how they first met. Dr. Sabrina has had the opportunity to work with him and watch his business grow. Listen in to hear this inspiring story of how Jeff has used his success to impact the lives of others and to build a great place to work for his team members.  Jeff McMenamy is an Occupational Therapist who has been practicing for 31 years and in private business for 20 years. He is the Owner and CEO of Teton Therapy which is an outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy company that has operated and managed clinics in Riverton, Lander, Dubois, Cheyenne, and Sheridan, Wyoming. During the COVID pandemic, Teton Therapy of Cheyenne and Riverton upgraded to new buildings. Jeff, his wife Mic, and their son Ian all work in the business. Teton Therapy has a management team in place which allows for day-to-day operations to take place without the owner's presence.
