In this episode, we speak with singer-songwriter and producer John Garrison about lessons learned from a life in music, the cost (to your neighbors) of becoming a professional musician, and whether today’s pop musicians are still pushing creative boundaries. John has devoted his life to music as a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and composer for TV and film. He was a founding member and lead singer of the British alt rock band Budapest from 1999 to 2006, formed half of the duo Glass Ear along with actor Pernille Anderson, and since becoming a father has recorded three albums under the moniker Satellites.
