After 20 long years of 12 hour shifts, she finally took a leap of faith to become a full-time social media influencer who uses her platform, decades worth of healthcare experience, and comedic talent to be voice for workers in the healthcare industry while also being an outlet for other nurses and other healthcare professionals who are facing challenges in their career, and helps to bring awareness and educate them on their options as they navigate the many stresses, nationwide nurses shortage crisis, changes in the healthcare industry, and major societal challenges plaguing the healthcare industry.
