Envy is not just human – it affects monkeys as well. Is envy everywhere in the animal world? Why would a monkey be envious? If one monkey gets a peanut, which they are already familiar with, would they object to another monkey getting a grape or a chili pepper? Is the monkey envious of the other monkey getting something different (not necessarily better) Is cultural appropriation OK if you are apologizing to a slighted minority group?
