14. Maintain equilibrium and tame the beast within

In this episode, we started by paying tribute to the great Chris Farley, one of our favorite comedic actors of our generation. We miss you, Farley! R.I.P.... We discussed ways to maintain equilibrium and how important it is to acknowledge the monsters that live inside us, how to tame them, and take responsibility for neglecting to do so. "Fuck around and find out" is a phrase that comes up often in this conversation, as we cover the imperative need to hold each other accountable to stay in our respective lanes. As we rediscover our roots, and find what truly resonates with our "ikigai" (a term we observe in this discussion) this message simply becomes an indisputable truth the more we work to help each other find our way and mind our own business.
