#14. My Eating Disorder Story

Join me as I share my most vulnerable episode yet: the story of my battle with Anorexia at the young age of 10. In this episode, I share the full picture of my journey with an eating disorder, from self-starvation, strict exercise, and panic attacks around food to an in-patient program at the hospital and over a year of check-ins with doctors, nutritionists, and therapists. I also offer the biggest lessons I’ve learned in the 16 years of healing and learning I’ve done since then.
