Doel: met cyberaanvallen en desinformatie chaos creëren in Oekraïne en president Zelensky omverwerpen. Volgens de Oekraïense inlichtingen- en veiligheidsdienst zou Rusland maar liefst 1,5 miljard dollar uitgeven aan deze operatie.
