Ricky Carruth is a self-made real estate agent who has held the title of #1 RE/MAX Agent in Alabama in 2014 and 2017. Ricky has done $150 million in his career sales in real estate. He is a speaker, author of List to Last and Zero to Diamond, and real estate coach. Ricky grew up roofing with his father until he was 20 years old and attained his real estate license. By age 23 he was a self-made millionaire, although his success was brief when the market crashed and he went bankrupt at age 25.
