Robyn is a STRONG woman and a great mother who speaks so beautifully about her experiences of parenting and the importance of self care! We also chat about her journey to becoming Indigenous Marathon Project Graduate number 107 in 2020 and the emotional and physical challenges involved with endurance sports. Robyn was and still is a vital cog in her local E-Girls football team and Pioneers club and reflects on leadership and what made them such a dominant side. Robyn is a genuine, honest person and someone I have so much respect for, was great to catch up and have her as guest number 14 on the ASP with DT. Thanks for listening.
