Ahu's Bio: "Originally from Atlanta, GA, I spent over a decade in New York City, lived in Arizona, thrived in California and resided in France, Morocco, and currently Sweden. Home exists in my heart, where I create. My trajectory leads me on a mission of educating my sense of awareness in the pursuit of living an authentic life. After graduating from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC, I traveled a path of study and performance; expressive arts and energy healing modalities from various master teachers around the world. I owned and co-owned two start-up companies, became a certified advanced practitioner of Crystalline Consciousness Technique (CCT), as well as a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
