In Episode 14 meines Interviewformats „New Work Chat“ spreche ich mit Simon Berkler, Founding Partner der Berliner Transformationsberatung „The Dive“ über das neue Buch „The Loop Appoach“, die vieldiskutierte Idee der Holokratie und das Print-Magazin „Neue Narrative“, in dem es um New Work geht. Tatsächlich hatte ich im März 2018 im Podcast „On The Way To New Work“ das erste Mal von „The Dive“ gehört und seit dem gespannt verfolgt, wie die „Berliner Taucher“ sich nach und nach einen Namen in der New Work-Welt machten. Im Herbst 2018 sah ich dann Gründer Simon Berkler auf einem Panel bei der „Work Awesome“ Konferenz im Festsaal der wunderschönen denkmalgeschützten Villa Elisabeth in Berlin Mitte. Dort diskutierte er zur Frage: Wie findet und implementiert man eigentlich das richtige organisationale Betriebssystem? Tatsächlich reden beim Thema New Work viele Unternehmen über neue Tools und auch neue Raumnutzungskonzepte. Hier und da werden außerdem Obstkörbe und Kickertische installiert oder es wird das Duzen verordnet. Doch wenn es um neue Organisationsformen geht wird es schnell ruhig. Transformation ja, aber wie eigentlich? Das neue Buch „The Loop Approach“ soll zeigen, wie Organisationen sich selbst von innen heraus transformieren können. Geschrieben wurde es von Sebastian Klein, Co-Founder The Dive, der als Holacracy-Coach und Berater für selbstorganisierte Teams in Berlin arbeitet, und Ben Hughes, Head of Content bei Blinkist.
