14| Survival Mode Activated: School Summer Holidays

It's officially week however-many of school holidays and if your snack cupboard looks like it survived a home invasion, you are not alone! Aliens got my house too!!   In this episode, I'm popping in for a quick no real agenda check-in,  just us catching up on how the holidays are actually going (spoiler: somewhere between "we're thriving" and "is it bedtime yet, no judgment if it's 3pm").I am honest about the very real trap of turning into a 24/7 entertainment committee for tiny humans who somehow still say "I'm bored" within eyesight of every toy they own. And more importantly I am sharing my journey with you my virtual village. I am finding that pouring into the kids all day doesn't count if the cup you're pouring from is bone dry.So grab your lukewarm tea (we both know it's been reheated twice), and let's have a real one: how you're coping, what's working, what's absolutely not, and why you deserve five minutes that belong to nobody but you.
