In her own words, she was "living her best life" and preparing for her wedding when she found out she was pregnant. She and her fiance were thrilled to welcome this baby after Tiffany's previous fertility struggles. Twenty weeks of a normal pregnancy passed by up until the day before her wedding... and that's when things got crazy.
