14-year-old rape survivor is testifies

SAfm — A 14-year-old rape survivor is testifying in the Upington Magistrate court in the case against her alleged rapist. The teenager is suffering from cerebral palsy and has problems talking and she will be testifying through a tablet device - with programs similar to those being used by people suffering from Motor Neuron Disease. The alleged rape took place 7 years ago, when the teenager was 7 years old. We spoke to our reporter, Neo Bodumela.
